RN LICENSE UNDER PROBATION

I live in FL, my license is active with the BON, but I have a year of probation. My case was criminal but nothing related to nursing, until now I have not been able to work, I applied to several nursing homes but they tell me that AHCA is the one that makes me ineligible. I don't know what I should do to get out of this situation. I hope you can guide me.
