RN grad going to Vancouver canada?

hi can some one help me out. my sis inlaw is a RN grad and her petition has been approved to immigrate to canada. can anyone give me info's on how to go about taking the provincial exam in B.C. and the name and #'s of the institution. by the way, she did not take the NLE exam, can she still be eligible to take the provincial exam? also does she need to go to school again in vancouver?

no she can't:nono:...she must have passed NLE and english proficiency test before she could be eligible to register in BC or in any other provinces..
