I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.
Looked at your calculations span club. Ive even thought that this would be the way calculations were done to. But using the percentile kinda inflates your score. I got 75% correct on the test, which put in the 94th perc. If this was the teas, that 75% woulda gave me a total score of 87. But if I use the percentile one, it inflates it into the 90s. Thats why I wish this was the old teas test. U knew if you had a total score around the 80s, u had a good shot of getting it. And anything mid 80s and up were basically guaranteed in. But now were not sure how things are done with this new test and what a competitive score is.

I do not understand how did you calculate. You said "I got 75% correct on the test", but you only have to look at the Overall Score and then get the %ile.
Sorry I didn't say hello before. I'm tired. In fact, it is my natural state... I have three kids. So, excuse me.
For you all, here is the table.
NLN RN Pre‐Admission (Form 57)
Composite Score to Composite Percentile Conversion Table
The table below will help you to determine where your score falls in relation to the scores of others who
took this exam. To figure out your percentile, find your score in the Overall Score (Composite) column
and then check the number in the Composite Percentile Rank. For example, if your score is 100, your
percentile rank would be 52.

Well i hope that they don't left those that did not get the highest score on the test (like me )behind and put someone that did apply after the deadline .I mean more like 50% of the people fail and their saying that my score is not enough. I hope to still get a chance...
