RN generic full Time fall 2014- Miami dade college

I'm applying for the Generic Full Time RN program for fall 2014 (August). I took my NLN Pax exam already and got an overall score of 143. Curious if this will be goof enough to get in? Can't find any stats since the previous test was the TEAS... Looking forward to hearing back from anyone else that has taken the test already. Thx.

I took my finger prints today the coral gable office is super fast... i just need the health thing and I'm done and the number 8 on the list..

They said that DCF letter takes about a week or a week and the half...

Does anyone knows about the uniforms? Do we have to buy the top from MDC? Can we mix the pants from another place? White top only for clinicals? With or without logo? Lab coat with or without logo?

So many things to do and to think about!! :nailbiting:

Yes, Through financial aid. I think it's Federal direct sub/un-sub loans.

I don't think we have to figure out the scrub situation right now. I'm more than certain that we will get all of the information we need about class registration, scrubs, books, etc... in orientation. I can't wait! :)

Step 8 will be explained to us at orientation and that's where we pay for step 8.

I think is hunter green for classes ..white top and green for clinical and the top has to be from mdc and them for lab is just the white lab coat.... but lest wait for orientation and see lol

So I went to the clinic and it cost like 400 so forget it lol i will go tomorrow to mdc and do it.....

Does anyone know for the fingerprints how long it takes at miami dade? I'm going tomorrow to turn in my acceptance and pay the bursars and wanted to see if I could just do it there but the link isn't working

I'm so upset!!!! I left my job early today to do my PPD at MDC health clinic and they ran out. What a huge inconvenience! I was told to come back today by the doctor to do the PPD and then when I get there they're telling me to check back tomorrow to see if the order for more has come in. They do understand that we have a deadline right? This sucks. I have two jobs and it;s already extremely hard to take off work to do four visits to that clinic for those PPDs that have to be done 48hours apart.
