FYI the exam is all about critical thinking. You learn the concept in class and on the exam is a scenario based question! That's why most of the class failed ... Nobody is used to this type of exam and isn't that simple to apply your knowledge. Any nclex book is very useful to have an idea about test type questions and especially on fundamentals! Good luck to you all. P.s. I need to study 11 chapters for the next test :)

Hi cutiejo! Wow first month on nursing school is over. Done all the first exams and let me tell you isn't easy...90% of the class didn't pass fundamentals and health assessment. I'm super happy to get a B :) Only 70 more days to finish first semester ??
