Hi, is it OK to be the patient of a doctor you know really well professionally but are not currently working around? I am much older than this doctor, never romantically involved and am having a hard time finding an in network PCP. Would he feel ikky? Don't know what to do HELP!!

If you need a provider, one you know & trust, GO FOR IT. Nothing icky.
While I was working, that was how I chose my providers. Never an issue.
And welcome to AN.
Thanks for your aye vote, you don't think the doctor would be uncomfortable? because I wouldn't want that to happen?
Go for it! Many nurses choose their docs this way. And we're talking some close personal info & care. If you liked their prof demeanor, I seriously doubt the Docs care.
OK thanks a lot you don't know how much easier you made my life!
Stay healthy and best wishes??
