I'm an RN student at a local community college, about to finish my first semester. I've worked really hard, and when I graduate I'll be an RN. I really want to get my BSN, but after hearing so many of my (non-nursing) friends fret about getting into grad school, it's got me kind of worried.
I had a 4.0 GPA before my admission into the nursing program. I'll probably end this semester with 3 Bs and 3 As. How hard is it to get into a decent RN-BSN program? I'm worried that my Bs just won't be good enough to cut it... It was painful enough losing my 4.0!

This is a good question. I hope we get some answers because I'd like to know as well.

It really depends on where you are going. Some require higher grade point averages than others. You should have no issue finding a good RN-BSN program with your grade point. Are you looking online, traditional or accelerated?

An RN-BSN is not graduate school, so the admissions process is totally different. As long as your grades are decent you should be able to find one. Non-Nursing graduate school requires the GRE exam and yes, is harder to get into.
