RN-BSN July 2012..

So I have started the ball rolling for this program. Should be starting July 9th if everything works out. Anyone else taking the online RN-BSN?

Did you get registered yet? I work fulltime as well and online is definitely the way to go.

I'm registered and if I pass boards on Tuesday I will start on the 9th with Transitions and Cultural Diversity. My English Comp II satisfied their Adv Engl course.

I posted the wrong classes. I am starting with Transitions and Cultural diversity as well. Looks like we are starting out with the same two courses. I do have to take English at some time. I only took English comp. I.

I am starting on July 9th as well with nurs 351 and cultural diversity. I just logged on for the first time on the cultural diversity class and the research project is killer!! Oh my god!! Scares me :-(

My cultural diversity class is not showing up yet. Not sure what's going on with that..... We will be fine, online is always alot of busy work. Hopefully we can get an early start on our assignments and stay ahead as much as possible.

Hello, everyone. I am starting July 9th as well. I am starting with with NR 351- Professional Transitions and SOCS 350- Cultural Diversity in The Professions. I logged in but I do not see any of my classes:confused:.

Great Misty, happy to hear that you are getting started July 9th as well and starting with the same 2 courses as me. I can still only log into NR351, I guess they will fix the SOSC before schoool begins. I did atleast want to take a look at the Syllabus for that course. I hear that it's very time consuming but we can do it. Take care

Yeah, my advisor registered me today and said that I MAY be able to log in this weekend, but if not, she will definitely get it rolling on Monday. Won't get the books (for Transitions) for about a week, though, and I'm a bit nervous about that. I like to be prepared before classes if I can, but oh well. She said they're having issues with passwords or something like that. She went through orientation with me so I'm not required to do it tomorrow. If you've taken online classes before, it's pretty much the same setup. Good luck to us all!

Those are the courses I will be taking. I have a BS in Leadership, so I cleared a lot of the gen ed things- like the english and statistics. WOOT!

ME! I will be starting on Monday. :)

I start Monday, too, but I am doing the BSN-MSN bridge. I will be doing the transitions class & not sure what else! As of Sat they were still evaluating my transcripts. I'm thinking it'll be a history elective, in which I chose the history of nursing.
