Is there an actual list of required classes/subjects for the RN to BSN program at WGU? I found this:
BS Nursing (RN to BSN) Areas of Study
but I already have almost all of these classes for my ASN. Just trying to figure (realistically) how long it would take me to get through.

You'd submit your transcripts from your ASN, then they will evaluate to see which ones you still need and which ones can transfer in. So all those classes are required, but you'll get credit for most of the ones you already have (as long as they meet requirements).

As for the actual nursing courses, do any ASN nursing courses transfer or just the general education courses? My transcripts are being reviewed now.

You would need to complete a minimum of 30 credits before WGU will grant you the BSN degree. None of your nursing coursework is likely to transfer because you'll need a certain amount of upper division nursing coursework to receive a baccalaureate degree. However, WGU grants 50 credits for having an active RN license.
