Hello I wanted to start a thread for RCC Nursing Spring 2015!!!!! Anyone that will be applying to the program for spring 2015 lets get together to chat and support each other through this process!!!!! Good Luck everyone!!! Hope to see u guys in class next spring!!!:)

Hi Ann, I'm glad to hear you had a good holiday. I do not want anymore of thanksgiving food. It's To rich and fattening. I found a place to go and get the CPR but it's in my area. I know students will be coming from all over. I left the info in another post. I registered for the drug calculation course and success in nursing. I believe RN2B also said she was registering for it as well. Once we get in you will be seeing your mates all of the time for two years.

Oh thanks for the info- I found your post; Life Link happens to be right by my in-laws! I'm considering taking Drug Calculations just to get me back in the groove of being in school but will probably skip it to take advantage of having this little bit of time with my family before I disappear for 2 years. :up:

Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving:) We have less then two weeks until emails are sent out. Hopefully less then that. I'm with you Anne. I know I should take the drug calculations class but I think I'll skip it to spend more time with my kiddos. Also how long is the CPR class at RCC? It's probably better to take the class somewhere else so you can get it done in one day. It's not to expensive. I know mission career college in riverside also has CPR classes.

Mindy can you post the info for Mission college? How much is it there? The other place is about a 10 min drive from my home. They have a lot of class times as well. As far as the class goes my kids will be in school when the class is in session. I hear ya though about resting. I am not that far from the school. I think the success in nursing school should be helpful. :cat:

Hahaha your funny. They probably have your email memorized by now. Mission Career college is $55 for a new CPR card and $45 to renew it. I took my CNA with them so for me it will only be $45. They have a school in Riverside and San Bernardino. They have a class on the Dec 8th. There number is 951-688-7411.

Also the CPR card is through The American Heart Association.

Oh my gosh this Friday already! I just had a mini heart attack! Super nervous, but if it's meant to be it will be. I'm so excited for for everyone on here. Hope to meet your lovely faces in class eventually :)
