have any of you that purchased the cursepoints off amazon tried to see if they work?

I got mine from amazon too, but after she said sometimes they're expired i don't know if i should open it

I wouldnt feel safe getting them from amazon. Arent they about the same price as the bookstore?

it was less than the bookstore ones, but i can't remember how much less. I'm thinking of returning it now :/

Hey I found this thread a while back and I'll also be starting at RCC with you guys this fall! I was planning on going to boot camp today & tomorrow but I came back from vacation last night & I've been really sick ever since I don't think I'll be able to make it tomorrow either so I was wondering if anyone can just give me a quick run down of what was covered today and what ends up being covered tomorrow? I'm bummed I wasn't able to go and I don't wanna miss out on any valuable information! Thanks so much for your help and can't wait to see you guys soon :)

VantHul went over ways to study and tips. She said she has extra sheets that she printed out from boot camp and will be in her office the first week of school. You will get a chance during class to register for neighborhood and Eportfolio (we can not register for this until we actually start and blackboard is up).

Is anyone else confused about the first two weeks??? I don't know if I'm reading the schedule right or if my mind is twisted from all the info!

Example:

-thurs 9/3 cohort b only has lecture from 8-11:10 and off the rest of the day.

-9/8 and 9/9 clinicals for everyone 8-3

-9/10 and 9/11 cohort b lecture only from 8-11:10

It seems like the A and B are mixed up in room numbers on lecture days.

Also, I wonder if we have to stay for the neighborhood orientation Friday 9/4 from 1:30- 4:00 , isn't that what we did today?

I purchased my Courspoints through Amazon for a lot cheaper than the bookstore. They came as a bundle with the textbook hard copy and the coursepoint access code. And they worked.

I noticed that on the schedule too. it looks like the first week we're there every day until the afternoon?

Are you guys taking all of your books?

I purchased mines bundled, they came in a sealed and labeled package, once opened I couldn't return. If yours did too... I wouldn't stress the authenticity.

I just went through mine and put it in the bag! It's fun, but hard to keep it organized...there is just so many little things. I might use ziplock bags to seperate things.
