Anyone applying for RCC's Fall 2015 Nursing program?

Thought I'd start a thread to communicate about applying, TEAS, etc.

My first choice is cohort B and RCRMC and second being Corona. It's closer to my house and an extra day off would be nice since I work weekends. Does everyone live pretty close to Riverside? I'm all the way out by Menifee.

Nice! I'm thinking the same as well. I live in Moreno Valley almost walking distance from RCRMC. 😄

I'm 5 min away from RCC and RCH. I would love to have RCRMC as a clinical site, you actually get to do more as a Student Nurse because it's a teaching facility.

Did anyone get blocked from registering?

I got priority but it's blocking me due to ""Missing Health Information." and "Failed Section registration restriction rules."

I got clearance from -------------------- on the 13th, was I supposed to email ---------------???

I didn't have that problem and I think you just had to contact ------------. I would email or call ---------------.

Luckily, I managed to get priority yesterday since I emailed -------------, --maybe, three times--explaining that I had talked to ----------------. Good thing too, because there were five spots left at Kaiser when I finally managed to get in to register. Is anyone else going to kaiser? I'm pretty central to all of them but Kaiser is most familiar to me.

I didn't have that problem either, but I also emailed him even before I emailed her just saying I had cleared everything. I actually received an email from him last night at 10:30 pm stating I was clear for priority registration. I was able to register at midnight.

I was blocked this morning too! It says I have health restrictions after I was also cleared? It sucks to do everything your supposed to but the school doesn't follow through..,,uugh!! Not happy!

Ok spoke with --------------- he answered right away and cleared me for registration! Let's try not to panic...lol. Also we are using the class codes from the handout at orientation correct? I chose RCRMC cohort B.

Same here! Got my clinical site. Yes, the handout was more informative as to which clinical sites/professors.
