Okay while I was looking at my teas score there was a spot that said program type: BSN... does that mean anything?

Okay while I was looking at my teas score there was a spot that said program type: BSN... does that mean anything?

I feel like I've read somewhere on this site that no it doesn't matter, but I'd look around, someone has asked that before on previous semesters!

Hi everyone! I got invited to take the TEAS at RCC. Too bad, but I already jumped the gun and took the test at Loma Linda. The Exam questioned the subjects similarly, yet they were worded differently (I hope that makes sense) FOCUS ON CHEMISTRY!!!!! I can't stress it enough. Ionic bonds, balancing equations, PH, Atomic Structure, etc. If you did well in Anatomy, you'll do well in that portion in Science. Math was VERY basic, up to Math 35. I am horrible at Math, yet I placed better in Math than English. Reading was JUST like the TEAS manual. All-in-all, you will be questioned in all subjects according to the manual, which was a helpful tool to prepare for the exam! See you in the Fall!!!

Hi! Thanks so much for this, quick question.. would you say the ATI manual covers enough of the chemistry thats on the exam, or should I dust off my chem book and study more in depth?? Thank you!

Hi! Well in my opinion, I would definitely use the TEAS manual as a guide and your Chem notes to refresh/better comprehend those areas. I used only the TEAS, and I felt as if I should've reviewed my old Chem notes for more examples.

I know we're all furiously studying, but I want to take some time out to say good luck to all of those testing at RCC tomorrow. I'm praying that all of our hard work and dedication will pay off! Good luck all! Get a good night's rest and lets kick some butt tomorrow!! Just think, by this time on Thursday we'll all be able to breathe a little easier!!! Good luck to you too!! Great last time, that is my problem for sure! Most of the questions I get wrong are because I read the question wrong! I can not wait for this time tomorrow :)

I know!! I'm scared to check my result though....lol. How do you think you it went? It was hard me to focus. I'm just hoping I scored the 78 I need to get accepted. I'm surprised the amount of people in the room. It seems like it's going to be pretty competitive.

I'm scared to see my score too! I ran out of time on the reading and math:(. I'm hoping I scored at least a 78 to have a total of 80pts. @sammyjoe, I took my teas on Wednesday and I was kinda surprised at how little people were there (maybe about 20ish) I was expecting the room to be full. I guess most people chose to take it on the 7th.

Looks like we're in the same boat!! Yes it was way more reading than I expected. I finished math and reading with only seconds to spare. I felt like I answered almost every question wrong!!! I know it's just nerves but the feelings are there! Let's remain positive and know that whatever is meant to be will be! Wow! That is a low amount of people on Wednesday. I'm going to say we had a anywhere from 50-80. My fingers are crossed. I hope we make it!
