Anyone applying for RCC's Fall 2015 Nursing program?

Thought I'd start a thread to communicate about applying, TEAS, etc.

Hi everyone! I got invited to take the TEAS at RCC. Too bad, but I already jumped the gun and took the test at Loma Linda. The Exam questioned the subjects similarly, yet they were worded differently (I hope that makes sense) FOCUS ON CHEMISTRY!!!!! I can't stress it enough. Ionic bonds, balancing equations, PH, Atomic Structure, etc. If you did well in Anatomy, you'll do well in that portion in Science. Math was VERY basic, up to Math 35. I am horrible at Math, yet I placed better in Math than English. Reading was JUST like the TEAS manual. All-in-all, you will be questioned in all subjects according to the manual, which was a helpful tool to prepare for the exam! See you in the Fall!!!

@mrspz did you decide what day you want yet? I'm requesting May 7th. Are you going to email your response or drive it in? I took a picture of my acceptance and emailed it yesterday.

I brought mine in and picked the 7th too but I'm fine with the 6th if it comes down to it haha Jackie said they'll be sending more instructions of what to bring & stuff like that once it gets closer so probably next week

Well girls, it won't be much longer now!! Hopefully we all get our 1st choice! @mrspz so they will send another email to confirm out test date? I hope it's not last minute since I need to request the day off.

I wonder how many applicants they have this semester. Our forum doesn't seen as busy as some of the prior years.
