Rio Hondo Spring 2017

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone applied to Rio Hondo College! Their application period is still open until October 17th 2016 so I know it is early to receive a response but why know get to know each other and inform each other about any updates! What other schools did you apply to and have you taken your TEAS exam? This whole waiting process has me all antsy!

i purchased anatomy and physio study cards from barnes and noble because i figured i should review it but i can't believe we prob won't start nursing until next fall, thats literally like applying a whole other term -_- a study group sounds good to me though

also I've taken a medical dosage and calculations class from chaffey so i do have a book on that!

Hi Sambamxx, you are from Chaffey College too?! lol did you apply to Chaffey College? I'm applying next year to Rio Hondo. Was it hard to get in? What was your stats and teas scores if you don't mind me asking you. Thank you!

i only took math 401 at chaffey because i needed it for the app but i didn't get accepted to their program

and honestly this is my second time around applying to nursing programs, i was surprised i got in

my science gpa was 3.3 and i got a 73 on my teas, i had 200+ volunteer hours and I'm a CNA

Ryoko! Congrats!! Yay! See you on Nov 18th! I think we willl have time to gather all of the supplies I'm sure we will find out November 18th. I am so impatient maybe because I'm more excited than ever to get started I'm already checking Amazon for good medication dosage calculation books, ������������ I know,, im crazy lol

Hi MA-Bianca, I just ordered through CastleBranch. I was surprise, everything's that I need to do are shown overdue. I just sent email to ask Pat, Nursing Department Secretary. I am nurvious now. I do not know what I did wrong but I was pretty sure I ordered the corrected package.

We should have a doctor appointment to get every things done because if anything is shown positive result, we wil have time to do next step like chest X-Ray or get vaccine for immunization.
