Hi everyone,
The application window is open for a few more days for the straight LVN program. Is there anyone else out there that has applied? From the email that I received back I think we should hear back by mid-October.
Hey guys!
I orginially got a provisionally accepted as alternate letter yesterday. This morning around 10am got a rejection later and maybe an hour later got another message that the rejection letter had been sent on accident and I would still be seeing them Friday. I got a follow up call about an hour ago informing me that my provisionally accepted as an alternate still stood and to disregard rejection letter. Hope this clears some things out.
They’re a mess. Like if you were just going to reject me then reject me but you didn’t have to do it twice. What was the point? What was the reason? I think it was so rude and unnecessary. On top of that to not even get an apology? What a horrible way to treat potential students. Whether or not we got in we are still human beings and deserve to be treated with respect. This reflects so badly on their program as a whole. I will not be applying here again.
Hello,
I am currently looking into advancing into my career as a patient admission coordinator and was looking into the LVN programs at Rio Hondo. Im just not sure what program, the LVN Associates degree or certification of completion. Any suggestions? Rio Hondo has been one of my first schools to look at due to me living and working in Santa Fe Springs/ Whittier.
Hello guys!
Congratulations on your acceptance into the program. I'm graduating from Rio Hondo's nursing program this upcoming Spring and I'm selling my brand new never used Medical Surgical textbook that you guys will be needing! It is in excellent condition. I'm selling it for $30! Please send me a message if you're interested in purchasing it.
