Hi everyone!

I'm creating this thread for those interested in applying to the Rio Hondo LVN program for Spring 2022. 

Hi does anyone know when we are suppose to hear back for acceptance or rejection?

So I finally received a confirmation email last week! Let’s keep our fingers crossed guys ❤️??

As soon as someone knows anything about they sending accepting letters let us know please?

I sent someone an email asking if the lvn students have been picked yet and when the mails will go out she answered...

"Not yet and soon. "

Let’s hope that this year is smoother than last year. Last year was a fiasco ?

Last year they sent out rejections, and then a short time later sent an email telling us to disregard the rejection email. And then sent out rejections again. It was very confusing, and we got our hopes up and then we were disappointed twice. It was unnecessary. If there was a problem with a few students getting the wrong email then they should have just emailed those students because for the rest of us it was an emotional rollercoaster.

oh yes I would be mad too! It’s emotionally draining to even be waiting to hear the news and then to get rejected twice yes I agree, that was unnecessary. I hope what ever the outcome is that they are more empathetic towards us. I hope we all get it!

Plus, they sent out the acceptance emails about 5 - 4 days before the mandatory meeting for those who were chosen for the program.
