Rio Hondo ADN Program Spring 2022

Published

Hi everyone! I am making this forum because I see that it hasn't been done yet. feel free to post anything related to the nursing program process

I feel the pressure as well.  I have 4.0, but no medical license and a bachelor degree, so I don't expect much with only 30 will be accepted.  I just applied to Stanbridge University.  yes, it is more expensive, but it is a bachelor degree, that being said magnet hospital will hire after I get the license, so I will save time.  In a year, I will be able to pay back my debt

About the same.  they have 3 campuses, irvine, Alhambra and riverside

Honestly, UC Irvine seems like an amazing choice / back up with your sgpa and overall GPA. I saw their average admit GPA range and it is around 3.8 - 4.0. Plus, it's one of the best nursing schools you can get into. Feel proud of your progress! You did great on your journey. ?

Wait, what? Rejection letters sooner than acceptance letters??? Man, this application process is so chaotic. I guess we can probably expect to find out who is / isn't accepted one day before the meeting. LOL.

That's what she said...

gosh stressed to the max

Ugh. I wonder what happened to Friday / Monday being the days for acceptance? The person leading the nursing information meeting seemed so confident about that answer. LOL

Considering that nobody that we know on this site got an acceptance letter on Friday, I would guess it is not coming today. But I was checking on past threads and they send it around 3 PM - 5 PM, so we'll know for sure very soon.

I still think it's likely that the letters will come later during the week though.

I have never been checking my email nonstop ever before.  almost a little neurotic.  wish you all the best.
