I knew I was ready when I felt a hunger to test, and could do no more studying of rationales. My scores improved, and I actually moved it up early to avoid burnout.
Of course, everyone is different. There were times I also didn't feel ready. I didn't memorize the whole vax schedule, or know much about milestones, but at the same time I was satisfied with my ability to answer questions.
It is understandable to feel the nerves and stress at this point. But you need to relax first and avoid burnout. With exam in just four days, you don't need to cram everything at once because it will only make you more nervous. You have studied hard, so have faith in yourself. All the contents you have studied should be enough for the exam. It is time to practice as much as you can and revise. Focus on your improved scores. It is good that you are also focusing on the questions you got wrong on UWorld. Understanding them this time will improve your morale.
Other than that, best of luck!

Hi everyone!
After failing my NCLEX during my last try, I am finally retaking it in 4 days! I spent the last 2 months studying as much as I can. I can't say that I spent every minute of every day studying, because that's really impossible, but I feel like I have done enough studying and I'm at a point where I can't get anything else in my mind anymore! But my question to everyone is...how do I know if I'm truly ready?
My main study tool was UWorld! I am at a 56.9%, which is the 72nd percentile I believe, after completing around 1500 out of 1971 questions. I try to remember as much as I can from the rationales. I used Hurst worksheets to review their notes from the videos as well. For the maternity and peds topics, I supplemented my content review with Saunders because I was very low on that.
I have reviewed infection control, a bunch of diseases, and lots of fundamentals. I did not memorize all the meds because there are just too many! I am focusing on the classifications of meds on these last few days, as well as reviewing the questions I got wrong on UWorld.
Have I done enough? Should I focus more on studying the remaining content from Saunders, or does one not need to know that whole book?
I'm so scared of failing again...if anyone can please give me advice on what I can do during these last few days I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
