Retaking an Excelsior exam

I took Across the Lifespan 2 yesterday and got a C on it...I did not study well for it at all and I would like to take it again in a week or so. Can you retake an exam you passed? and do you pay for the exam again? thanks in advance:specs:

I would love a C!! I am taking this test on Wed! Do you have any pointers that may help!! I will gladly take your C!! LOL
