Retake the NCLEX

Hello,

could you please explain me the whole procedure if you failed NCLEX for the first time.

I've applyed for licensure for the NY state. Do I have 45 days to retake the exam? How many times i can try to achieve success.

The only person who can judge if you are ready is you. Do not put it off forever, yet don't take it tomorrow if you honestly do not feel prepared. Do not rely on predictor test scores. Look at your own estimation of whether you are knowledgeable or not.
