Thank you for your advice. I have a question? Are Nurses putting their license number on their resumes? I am hearing conflicting reports. Please advise on your experience?

I never asked the Board to put a hold on my file so I don't know if the lady was giving me a line or not. To me, it doesn't make sense that one arm of the bureaucracy says they will protect your address yet another arm of the bureaucracy publishes addresses on their website. There were several people that had this problem at the same time for essentially the same reason and this was the info that was given to us as well as our employer. If it applies and would be useful to another, then good.

I see no reason to put it on my resume. My other info is enough for HR to verify my credentials with the BON.

never-and don't let anyone ever copy your license. they can verify it on line.
