I'm in desperate need of help with redoing my resume, at this point I'm willing to just give up and pay someone. I write something down it sounds good and then I realize that my resume is bland with just about every boring resume tip someone can come up with when they spend hours googling how to do a resume. I'm overworked at my current job which leaves me tired, stressed & all I want to do is spend some time with my family on my day off but then there's this resume hanging over my head... Can anyone help me out?? It would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes resumes aren't that exciting, especially if you haven't had the opportunity to accomplish all that much yet.
Have you considered a cover letter?
When you go to the grocery store, you are probably attracted to the packaging. Then you may read the list of ingredients to see if it meets your needs.
the cover letter is the packaging that creates excitement, while your resume indicates if you have the right ingredients to do the job or not.
I haven't considered using a cover letter and to be honest with you I don't know much about them. If creating one would improve my chances of getting out of my current work situation then I'll gladly try to do one. Any tips or advice? I work in a skilled rehab facility with a large patient case assignment of different mixes of acuity.

You don't need to pay someone to get some good ideas of how to revamp your resume. Consider posting it here (redacting anything identifying). Have you scrolled through any of the other posts on this forum? There are a lot of great ideas.
For a cover letter, this is where you have the opportunity to sell yourself. All of the subjective, fluffy stuff ("I am sensitive to patient preferences") goes here. Look at the company's mission statement, and speak to that in your cover letter.
In both your cover letter and resume, wording is everything. Sell yourself!!
