Elaborate your skills, like sync it to your job description/responsibilities. Maybe please summarize your skills highlights?

Your skills summary should be brief, just the highlights, not every skill you possess. You can expand on everything under the job descriptions. You will also want to keep it objective. Things like enthusiastic, culturally sensitive, able to lift heavy weight, strong medical ethic or calm and level-headed should be in your cover letter. Things like Epic experience should also be put under the job at which you use(d) Epic. Anything that EVERY CNA knows, ie. "trained in grooming and bathing assistance" is like saying, "nurse trained in administering pills." Any CNA program that DOESN'T cover this should be closed down. You don't want to take up space with that, but you might put that you have experience assisting immobile patients or patients with limited mobility with bathing and grooming needs, and this would go under the job(s) at which you performed these duties.
