I would cut down the info on classes.
Medical surgical, pediatrics, OB/GYN, psych and so on. Just summarizing what you had in school and not listing out the semesters individually. Just how I did it and I think it looks less clustered with unneeded info.

My first impression is that it's a little too generic. I'd like to see something that sets you apart somehow in the Professional Summary section. Something to grab attention right away. Even thought the summary is nicely worded, I think it sounds like probably a variation on what they've read a thousand times. Maybe emphasize the added value of your background in business, management, and administration demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Following that theme, try to show unique qualities in your academic and clinical experience that match qualities included in the prospective employer's job announcement. Your background implies you have 'em, but your resume needs to make that clear in the first "six seconds," since that might be all your resume scanner will have!
It looks nice, but just lacks "punch," I think.
