I love this website and have used it for a while, but the majority of the threads on here are loosely are vaguely related to the operating room (how to get into the OR, whats it like, etc).
Im looking for somewhere that I can use in addition to this website that will have more detailed/clinical/practical based discussions. Like how to make orthopedic trays better, reduce colon infections, product recommendations strategies etc.
Does anyone know a website thats like this and active ? I know the OR is a bit of a niche, so there arent exactly a ton of resources out there, but I would like the opportunity to grow and positively impact my work environment, so any help would be tremendously appreciate
Thanks !

AORN and the journal would do that- each month's issue features an article tackling clinical issues that are brought up by nurses, as well as just all varieties of topics.

I struggle too. Spent 80,000 on an education and I know little about the operating room. I just bought the care of a patient in surgery. Very good book although expensive. My OR has a few videos as well, have thought about speaking them home for a few nights. Maybe see what resources your manager might offer?
