Rescheduling NCLEX Online?

Published

I find the process, or explanation of the process a bit confusing. I scheduled for a date and time that should work out just fine, and I've only had my ATT for a week. I understand that you must have an appointment and test within the period on the ATT. I also understand that you can cancel an appointment time and therefore reschedule if you need to move the date within the ATT, however, they only mention calling them 24 hours prior. I'd need to do it on a Friday (latest) since I scheduled for a Monday. Nevertheless, they do say in the confirmation e-mail that you can reschedule online. Does that mean if a date change needs to be made, I can cancel the appointment through their website and pick another date without a problem? I can call, but I'm curious if the web is a viable option. Don't wanna be on hold forever. I mean the FAQ says you can reschedule online, but it's a general info FAQ. I did notice that they have an "unschedule" tab (IIRC?) on their site. I find their information about the testing site/process a bit lacking. Maybe I'm just stupid. lol

There is an option under "schedule" the test to "reschedule" a test, at least when I access the site in the US. There is a $50 charge to change a test date/time unless the test is cancelled for you (my classmate was cancelled due to mandatory evacuation from an impending hurricane so she did not have to pay the $50 to reschedule)

So 50 bucks to reschedule? I only see that if you have to change the BON or something. Hmm...Bummer.

$50 if you change your date, time or BoN. My classmate had to reschedule her exam due to a scheduling conflict only had to pay $50 to move her date out by 2 weeks.
