I just took my ati predictor test today I only scored a 62.7 which gives me a 78percent chance of passing my nclex first try. My teacher was not happy she said I should be above 95 percent....

I wouldn't worry too much about it - it just gives you the chance to see where you're weak at. We had a person in our nursing school that only scored a 30% on her ATI predictor, but she buckled down, studied core content, practiced questions, and passed on the first try. I've also read about people who used ATI and got a 90-95% chance of passing on the first try but failed the first time or two they took nclex. I personally used ATI's tests to make sure I was strong enough on my content and practiced with Kaplan for nclex style questions - don't let it discourage you.

Thanks ladyfree I hope I do I test next month :-)

Like the other person said, its best to score at least a 60% on the q trainers. I scored a 64 on qt6 and a 56-58 on qt7. I did all of the qbanks and got a 58%. All I used was kaplan and the study guide found on allnurses. The most important thing to do is to Review all of the rationales and if you're still stuck then go over the content videos. Just feel confident in yourself. Being anxious and nervous wont help and when you do feel that way, take a step back and distract yourself so that you can relax. If you still feel unsure then reschedule. You know what you know and how well you know it. So trust your gut instinct.

Best of luck and I wish you the best. We are all here to help and support one another.

I did exam cram always got 85-90% on the tests, also did ATI and got a 94% on the predictor. I took the NCLEX RN yesterday and the test stopped at 91 and am getting the bad pop up. I am losing it. I guess it goes to show that those really mean nothing!

I hope it ended up being a different outcome (((HUGS)))

FWIW, Exam Cram and ATI is knowledge based. The key to NCLEX is thinking and choosing the questions based on the scenario. IF you have to take it over, focus on WHAT the question is ASKING you...look at your test results, and find out what you need strength in. You have the ability to succeed. Feel free to ask questions!

I never used exam cram, so I can't comment on that. My school did however, utilized ATI. I score a 98% predictablity and passed with 75. Just make sure you know your content, brush up on weak areas, review meds, and practice your delegation/sata/prioritizing. Most importantly do as many questions as you can and review the rationale for each.

i just finished all the kaplan qtrainers and i started answering kaplan q6 first lol.. but then i started from 1,2,3,4,5 here are the results

q1- 58.6 %

q2- 69%

q3- 75%

q4- 56%

q5- 63 %
