Don't reschedule. Don't get so caught up in scores or you will become unfocused. Most importantly is to review ALL QUESTIONS AND RATIONALES! If the rationales don't make you feel comfortable grab a text book! Refresh a d review answers tomorrow so you won't burn yourself out :)! You got it!

thank you very much for the encouragement! :) it means a lot esp when you' re caught up with anxiety

You're welcome! I take my exam Tuesday and staying calm is the only way I can continue to stay focused. :)! Just keep studying and doing questions :)

Goodluck! i'll be praying for your success, keep us posted :)

Mariah09, what is you average qbank score and how many of them have you done? A kaplan rep said that if you fail to get 60% on the Q6 or Q7, but did at least 75% of the qbank with above 57% average, you should be fine.

almost half of the qbank with 60%,i'm so anxious:down:

I just took my ati predictor test today I only scored a 62.7 which gives me a 78percent chance of passing my nclex first try. My teacher was not happy she said I should be above 95 percent....

Most practice scores should be closer to 70% in order to increase your chances in passing the NCLEX. Having a score BELOW 60 is a risk in passing the first time...possible to pass, but just a risk in having to take again.

OP...of you think you should reschedule your test, go with your gut instincts, as long as your study period is still within a two month period.

I also suggest to get another source, like LaCharity to help with grasping NCLEX questions. Understand the components of the NCLEX, which focus on 4 components of a safe, licensed nurse: Safe, effective care; Health Promotion; Psychological and Physiological Integrity. Understand what the question is ASKING you in relation to the 4 components...it helps when choosing the correct answer. Like another poster stated, read ALL the rationales after completion of practice questions and exams. Also, make sure you are practicing NCLEX exams to get a feel and have an endurance if you go beyond the minimum.

Sending positive vibes in your NCLEX success!!!!

Every time I did "exam cram" I never got total score more than 70% on those questions. Even worse I scored lower than 50% on some tests. However, I took my NCLEX-PN this Tuesday (6/25) and I passed!

You will be just fine.

Read and understand disease process and how to priority the patients are the key on most of my questions that I got. I got many med. question but no calculation and a lot of delegation and select all that apply.

Thanks jaaey feeling much better :-) all i can score in exam cram is High 70s to 80 i can Never get to 85 lol you give me lots of help Thanks Again and congrats LVN/LPN

all i can score in exam cram is High 70s to 80

Then you are doing well! Your have a high probability of passing the NCLEX. Stay calm and keep positive!

I wouldn't worry too much about it - it just gives you the chance to see where you're weak at. We had a person in our nursing school that only scored a 30% on her ATI predictor, but she buckled down, studied core content, practiced questions, and passed on the first try. I've also read about people who used ATI and got a 90-95% chance of passing on the first try but failed the first time or two they took nclex. I personally used ATI's tests to make sure I was strong enough on my content and practiced with Kaplan for nclex style questions - don't let it discourage you.
