Hi guys, I read some of the thread and I notice that some of you are still looking for jobs so I decided to post the requirements for Capitol Medical Center (the hospital where I used to work). For a brief background, capitol Medical Center is a 300 bed capacity hospital located in quezon city. it employs functional nursing. here are requirements:
yes there is a training fee. I paid mine last year 2500 for 1 month. There's a big chance for you to be hired once you passed the training. It will now depend on your rank during your training on how long you'll wait for the interview for staff nurse position.
hello! I just finished my training here. I paid 3,000 for the 1 month training. It was a good experience for me. Hopefully I did well with the exam to qualify me. I suggest to try and pass the requirements here also. The lists of requirements can be found outside the personnel office. I/m just not sure when the next training will start. Their board rating requirement now is 80% and applicants who graduated from a university.
there's a lot of discrimination in capitol medical center... board rating should now be 80% or higher... you must a graduate of known UNIVERSITY preferably in metro Manila. Actually they are accepting application as long as you have this qualifications. However, this is for manpooling only. They usually contact you after 6mos-1yr and sometimes over 1 yr.
Ironicall, 80% and above board rating and a university graduate don't apply for the graduates of their own school.
