hi, sorry cant reply to your pm. (not that active here in posting so cant do pm) anyways i did not renew my license in the Philippines. I applied in Ca and its not necessary to be a RN in your country to apply. What state did u apply?

Huh? I think you do need to present your PH license in CA? But it's really not needed since the CA BON will most likely deny the application depending on what year you graduated from Phils.
