Although you can receive pm's now, you will also be able to send pm's once you have 15 posts.

It seems like you should have 15 posts by now! We have been chatting a lot! lol Anyway, today is the day!! :D I'm hoping all goes well!!

alanas09,

Do you know of which version of the TEAS to take. Version 4 or 5?

I can't still send you a private message. But, I can receive yours, though.

I am also studying for the TEAS for Remington. I was advised to take version 4 because it is easier.

I have no idea what version I took. It says TEAS 4.0 so I'm guessing that means version 4? I didn't have a choice, I just took the test they offered at the testing site. Good luck! It wasn't very hard.....or at least I didn't think so! Just pace yourself so you don't run out of time.

I also had my interview today. It went ok. They mostly ask you about yourself and your support system and study habits. Oh and also of course why you want to be a nurse. There aren't any trick questions or anything that is super hard to answer. I asked when they will be making decisions and I guess the admissions committee doesn't even sit down and meet until sometime in Nov. She said we should know by the first week in Dec, which if you ask me is cutting it kind of close to the start of the program, especially for people who need to secure some type of back up plan if they don't get into Remington. So I guess now we all just anxiously await!!

While we are all waiting, I have went for my CPR certification and making sure I have all my vaccinations in order. Those things are standard for all nursing schools.

Brooklyn,

Do we have to have our CPR certification before we enter the program?? No one has said anything about it to me yet, but like you I would like to be prepared if we need it. I am going to hold off on the vaccinations because I don't know if we have to have things on certain forms, or what. It would be nice if Remington would provide us some heads up information so we can be prepared.
