Relocating To Atlanta

Hello Everyone,

I will be visiting the Atlanta area in March and I would like to look at different areas around Atlanta. The max I'm willing to pay for rent is 1050 for a 3 bedrooms, if possible. Can you please list areas and apartment names?

I'm not sure on the rent amount, but a good friend of mine works in Atlanta (at the airport) and she lives in Newnan. It's a pretty area, as well as safe. It's just south of Atlanta, about 15 minutes or so on 85.

Do you have any idea where you will be working? Travel times and commuting is a big deal in Atlanta and will be as much of a factor as anything in your decision of where you live. For that rate, you can pretty much rule out anything within the perimeter(285).

I used to live in Acworth. It is about 25 miles North of Atlanta. It is a great community, with lots and lots of things to see an d do. The crime rate in that area,especially closer to Woodstock is fairly low compared to closer to Atlanta. Also the commute to Atlanta is not bad at all, except lots of traffic. I absolutely loved it there. People were so friendly and the schools are great. I would suggest Boston Elementary, ET booth Intermediat, and Etowah High. Fantastic schools!! I worked at a Nursing Home in Canton for a few weeks--- my suggestion is stay away from there! I hated it. I did work at Children's Hospital in Atlanta and LOVED it!! They treat their employees like gold!!

Any way, goodluck!! We are looking at moving back there real soon also! I can't wait!!

Where will you be working? That will determine your residence w/i your price range.

I live 35 miles NW of downtown, up I-75, in the country.
