Hello, I am in the process of applying for reinstatement of my RN license due to the revocation of my license for medication diversion. I am required to submit a letter on my behalf providing a detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the revocation of my license. Where I would detail what the circumstances of the revocation were and what you have done since that time.

I need help on how to word the letter and what you guys would suggest I put in the letter????
