Has Anyone Ever Heard Of Having To Pay The Hospital Back For Training? I Signed A Contract That States 'i Must Abide By Rules Of Conduct, Policies, & Regulations For A Minimum Of One Year From Date Of Hire. Within The First 90 Days Either Party Can Walk Away Without Any Financial Obligation. If Either Party Terminates The Agreement I Have To Pay Hospital $2000 For Training & Any Amount Due Will Also Be With Held From My Last Check.' After Signing This & After I Started, Other Nursing Friends Said They Had Never Heard Of Such A Thing. Is This Normal? Thanks For All Input.

Yes. This isn't uncommon.

This I've never heard of. Seems a bit odd. What if they decide to lay you off for no fault of yours?
