Hello all I have a question

Ok first off I finish school in june 2012 and will have my lpn. I am also planning on moving to georgia maybe marietta or cobb county. I currently live in va. I'm trying to figure out if it will be wise to make that move with my lpn salary or go ahead and get my rn before I move.

The thing is I have 2 children and 1 on the way. I honestly believe it can be done but I feel that we will b better off if I had my rn. I will be making more decent income to support me and my 3 children.

Now since I am guessing that the rn route will be best before I move, which degree do I get? I'm going to do a lpn to rn bridge program instead of the traditional route because I'm pressed for ttime.

I'm all over the place with this

  • lpn to bsn route while in georgia or still in va
  • rn then bsn route in georgia
  • get bsn before move

Which is the best route to take?

I just donot know what to do. My schedule will fully revolve around my childrens'. I plan on moving within the next 2- 3 years

Thanks yall
