Hello, does anyone got any update regarding (Experienced) Nurse Fellowship Program in Inova? Did they call you for personal interview? I got phone interview last week and said they'll probably set my personal interview this week.

Hi, I noticed this is a post from January. Could you give me any updates on how you like(d) the fellowship and what position you applied for? How is the work culture? I am thinking about joining critical care at Inova. While I love my current hospital and the people, I heard Inova has its down with management. I figure grass won't be greener but just trying to assess if it's worth leaving my current job. I am about 2 years with experience in med/surg/tele float pool. Thanks in advance

Hello, I didn't pursue Inova. I am supposed to join Inova Mount Vernon Hosp but the schedule seems very strict (PTOs) and their location is far from my home.
