    Hi, I noticed this is a post from January. Could you give me any updates on how you like(d) the fellowship and what position you applied for? How is the work culture? I am thinking about joining critical care at Inova. While I love my current hospital and the people, I heard Inova has its down with management. I figure grass won't be greener but just trying to assess if it's worth leaving my current job. I am about 2 years with experience in med/surg/tele float pool. Thanks in advance
