It looks like it's open, but I am unable to find a link to actually start an application on the "My BHW" website. Are others having the same issue? There's a green box that says "Open" for cycle period but it isn't a hyperlink and there are no other links. I emailed HRSA and tried to call, but at the moment not willing to wait the 35 minutes I was estimated to be on hold.
