Regency Ltc Settings?

Hi Everybody: our facility has just been 'bougth" by the REGENCY group. Lots of changes going on, salaries, organization, staff. Does anybody knows anything about these settings? Are thet good places to work?, good pay? I know they own other 3 facilities; Regency Grande, Regency Gardens and Regency Park; and now Regency Heritage, in Somerset, NJ.

thak you all.

Have you tried a Google search?

yes I did, but I was looking for somebody who could give me a insight. Teh web site all look very good, and not always is for real.

You could always check the survey results on Medicare.gov. Then follow the link for nursing home compare. it will list the last 3 years of state surveys...check that out and see if there are any citations that put up a red flag for you.
