I've been a practicing nurse for three years, but I still don't feel like I "know a lot". Nursing school was a blur, I just can't learn as quick as what was expected of me. Anyways, I want to take a refresher course, but they are so expensive and I am between jobs right now. I feel like I will learn a lot because I have a lot of experience and any information I learn will really sink in well at this point. Are there super affordable, theory only courses I can take? Would be be better to just crack open my text book and review or do saunders review questions? Anyone have suggestions?Again, I am looking to brush up on my med/surg knowledge for my own personal development 0 Likes
