Recruitment agency for international nurses in ER in LA

Hi, is someone kind to let me know if you could recommend a recruitment agency that could sponsor my Visa for a job as a nurse in ER in LA please. I have NCLEX-RN in November 2022 and I am from UK.  Thank you kindly ?
