Hi all! I recently pulled a “specialty test”, observed urine option. I saw my urine get picked up by FedEx as the driver came right as I was wrapping up testing. This was on Monday the 23rd. It is now Saturday the 28th and I still haven’t seen any results show up. Is this a normal wait time? I have been compliant, so I can’t imagine it taking longer because it is a positive test. Thanks!

Just FYI, Recovery Trek takes forever to post results. Way later than the results are actually completed. For instance, whenever your credit card is billed for the cost of the test, then the test has actually resulted. There is a lag of sometimes weeks with Recovery Trek posting to their site, particularly specialty tests. I don't even bother to check their portal for results anymore, the lag is so bad. Once I see the money gone from my account, I know it has resulted and you would hear from your CM if there was a problem with the screen.

Just started recoverytrek in December, where can you view test results?

Yeah, I have never seen results!
When you log in, if you go to “my profile” tab, at the bottom of that page it says “test selection history”. When I click that I get a list of tests I’ve taken, date, result, and cost.
The only thing I have is check in history and billing history, ugh
Ahh. Your program must not allow you to see results. I honestly don’t even look anymore, if there is a problem, they will let us know. I have had repeated dilute urines, it is very frustrating.
That’s crazy, you’d think they’d let anyone see it to keep for their records ? maybe I’ll call them cause I can’t see my whole meeting log either, and I had problems with them before saying I missed tests dates when my check in kept saying my account was on hold because PHMP never set the parameters. Thanks for the info tho
