Good Evening everyone so I graduated this month and I still haven't found a job. I wanted to wait until I was done to start working but it seems to have backfired. I applied to several positions but I've been waiting on my dream job ( NICU ). I applied for the position on April 20th and haven't heard anything. So I decided to contact my recruiter and started that if I don't hear back by Friday 20th she can go ahead and process my other applications. Should I wait a bit longer or am I making a good decision to move forward because I don't want to miss the interview deadlines for the other units.

No, you shouldn't wait. You might have waited too long already
Apply everywhere now. You don't want too much time to lapse between graduation & starting your first job. You most likely will not start out in your dream job but you need to get experience asap.
