Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hi everyone,

I'm a pre-nursing student currently taking my prerequisties in a local community college. I've read several articles from Allnurses and ANA, which was really great. I've learned that Nursing has a rising trajectory of jobs in the future, really awesome. A job that I'm looking forward to work in that offers opportunities!

Is there any articles that you would recommend for prenursing students? Would really appreciate it. Cheers!

Honestly I say allnurses is the best resource I've found for nursing articles & info. Pinterest also has pics that link to some interesting articles as well.

I love Medscape, I've been on their mailing list for a while. Everyday I get new articles on all kinds of medical stories, journals, articles, medical discoveries, ect. that are extremely interesting and a wealth of knowledge. Check out Medscape's website. You have to register to be able to access most of the stuff, but registration is free.

Allnurses is pretty great (can't get better than hearing it from the real troopers), Ive personally found information that I didnt know here and lots of it!

I too, have heard good things about Medscape as well as a magazine called scrubs; found an article about a few tips for nursing school that I found helpful - 10 great tips for nursing school students | Scrubs – The Leading Lifestyle Nursing Magazine Featuring Inspirational and Informational Nursing Articles

Wish you the best!
