I also recommend the previous suggestion of nclex-rn 3500 online. You can actually choose to have ONLY alternate items.

1. Choose 'Review' (to get the answers/rationales as you go).
2. Then chose an option from the ' Alternate Items Only' box.
I was excited to notice this yesterday. This site is perfect for what you're looking for. Good luck!
ETA: I forgot to mention that the site times out after a while, so the session may end on you if you take a long break.

I have the Saunders Comprehensive Review that I am mostly using.
I also have the Kaplan NCLEX-RN review book, but man, they seem a lot easier than the Saunders and Lippincott's books.
Overall, I have noticed that most questions are multiple choice/single answer style with minimal to no alternative questions or SATA.
Can someone recommend a book or CD that has more of these that they found useful?
I am taking my exam June 20th so hopefully Barnes and Noble or somewhere local will carry it.
