Small changes were done throughout the site in response to our growing membership and the migration towards mobile.

The following forums were moved:

Critical Care and APRN forums can be found under Specialties.

Registered Nurses: Diploma / ADN / BSN can be found under Students.

World Nursing can be found under Nurses.

What's New, Mark Read, Get Daily, and Breakroom can be found by clicking on the Search icon in header.

There is a new setting under Account / Settings to keep the new Search bar open all the time.

Account settings can be found by clicking on your username - upper right hand side.

Stay tune for more changes.

Our IT Admin Joe is working on IE text box issue.

Chrome issue new report..

Using Firefox, not having issues with site.

Why is there no "quote" button on posts on the mobile website anymore?

I'm running Firefox with no issues, and I like the changes.

This may be off topic, but...is there an Off Topic thread?

Not only is there an off topic thread, there's an entire off topic site! Come on over to the blue side (the break room, link at bottom of page) and join us! We have cookies…. (May need to log in again, but same info as the yellow side)

You can also click the magnifying glass icon above and when that opens, find another link to the BreakRoom.

I asked the same question - it's a space issue.

I use the mobile website almost 100% of the time I visit. It used to be beautifully functional. Now it's crippled. I haven't gotten any notifications about likes. I thought no one was liking my posts, until I logged on from a desktop.

Mobile view NEEDS a way to quote previous replies. Without it, it's impossible to participate in long threads and makes for some very confusing dialogue attempts.

Also, the mobile view needs to have the yellow bar that stays at the top disappear as you scroll down. It's too much real estate to be eternally present.

I will say that typing replies on my iPhone used to be very laggy, and it isn't any more.

Funny how I see plenty of space along the bottom of that post for one more button....

I mainly look at allnurses on my iPad. There is a quote button in every post on my iPad. I guess I'm lucky I'm not having some of the problems others are having.

.

Yikes . . . . . . notifications about likes? I think I would hate that. I turned off the notification about people responding to threads that I'm part of because it clutters up my email. I didn't even know you could be notified that people like your posts.

:D I feel for the folks who run websites . . . .can't make us all happy.

thanks! for some reason the magnifying glass icon doesn't show up for a few seconds after the page loads. guess I should be more patient.
if you are a non paying member, that lapse causes higher add exposure.
