received att last 2010 but failed to schedule

hi! i received my att from california board of nursing last march 11, 2010, but was not able to schedule for the exam due to some personal problem. its more than 4 years already. now, i wanted to pursue again my eligibility. what i will do? do i need to start the application all over again? or i will just reapply? now, they are asking for social security number, do i need to have one before reapplication? thanks, hoping for some response.

You need to speak to the BON and see if you need to apply as a new applicant and meet requirements again or just resubmit

Yes you need a valid SSN to apply to CABRN or your application will be automatically rejected with no refund of fees paid.
