I forgot all the BCLS stuff...and feel nervous that if I'm called upon to perform it I would not be able to. Thanks in advance.

We had someone come out to the facility I worked at. I recommend calling the American Red Cross in your area and see if they are offering any cpr refresher classes. The ones here are free but I do not know about NYC.
Hope this helps.
Ouch I just looked up the local NY red cross online. They offer CPR coureses for 75 bucks? Can anyone reccomend something thats either free or much cheaper? Please.....

I took what they call a "challenge" at the red cross to update mine... Here, it costed $15. I went in, took the written test, and did just a few things with Annie (demonstrated AED, did a few breaths, but mostly talked it through). I walked out an hour later with my new CPR certification in hand. It was the easiest, and def the cheapest way to go!
