Mileage should be at federal rate which is $0.55/mile.
pto at 4 hrs per 80 hrs??? Not nearly enough
I think the pto will end up being 2.77 weeks per year of paid time off.. should It be 3 or 4 weeks

1 day per month PTO? If this includes all time off (sick leave, vacation, etc) then yes, it's far too low.
Thank you..I received this as an offer letter and asked for the contract of employment and was told they dont do contracts. I am very nervous about the whole process because (vaction, sick leave, etc.) were not addressed. I have read that after you accept the offer full benefits manuals and packets are given. My offer letter states that it is conditional upon background check and drug test..also states that it is not a contract of employment. I want to accept, but I dont want any legal ramifications if we dont come to an agreement on benefits.

Not enough ceu reimbursement either. Most places offer 2000-2500 and paid time off for them that does not count as your pto time
